NEW SINGLE: Ellie Goulding - Burn

British Pop Royalty, Ellie Goulding is re-releasing her Second album Halcyon with a slew of new tracks including her Alt-J cover 'Tessellate'. Halcyon was one of my favourite albums of 2012, it reached such great heights and really proved that her first album was no fluke, she's one seriously talented musician and still has one of the most intriguing and captivating voices in the game. A few days ago 'Burn', The lead single from this Re-Release was put up online.. and DAMN, it is stunning.

The track was originally meant for Leona Lewis' 'Glassheart' album but didn't make the cut, I think this could be another Britney/Gaga 'Telephone' Moment where Telephone didn't make the cut, then it went on to be one of the biggest singles that GaGa has released and to this day is still beyond amazing. 'Burn' just sounds like it was written for Ellie to croon out over this glittering production, I'm absolutely ADDICTED. This is a certified HIT, everyone needs to get around this A$AP.
